Beta / launch period
Full refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, subject to reasonable verification. Contact us via the contact page with your account email and plan details.
After the refund window
Outside the stated window, refunds are handled case-by-case. Downgrades and cancellations take effect as described in the product; you retain access according to your current billing period where applicable.
Free tier
The free tier does not require payment; no refunds apply to complimentary usage.
